For more than a decade, Tecan has transformed customer engagement and sales by partnering with Kaon Interactive to create the Tecan Cavro Products Explorer application. This tool features virtual 3D product tours and configurators, allowing customers to customize products and resulting in high engagement. Over 23% of total inbound Cavro product leads come from interactions with the 3D product configurator.
